The desktop app

• Local models run on your computer. Chats are stored on your computer.
• Web searches and pages you ask for (or allow the AI to open) are fetched from the internet.
• API keys you add are kept in your operating system's keychain and sent only to that provider.

This website

• An account stores your name, email, a hashed password and the devices you sign in from. Device tokens are stored as hashes and can be revoked from the Devices page.
• Usage records hold token counts, model names and times. Never message text.
• Messages sent through the contact forms are stored so we can reply.
• The site remembers your theme and Models page choices in your browser only.
